Creators of Color is a game-changing annual recognition program that spotlights and empowers sports creatives ages 21-33 who identify as Black, Latino, Asian, and People of Color. The cohort of 30 honorees is hand-selected by members of The Engagement Academy of Sports x Entertainment across nine creative specialties. Honorees attend a multiday summit each fall, receive spotlights across Hashtag Sports channels, and are empowered year-round through mentorship and career acceleration opportunities.
