The controversy and mystique of the Capt. Andrew Luck Twitter account

This fellow named Capt. Andrew Luck has captivated Twitter audiences, but the person behind it remains unknown.

Is it brilliant PR or a Colts + history buff?

According to the person behind the account, "I thought it may be funny to send 'letters' to his mother from the 'battlefield.' I began sending them to friends via texts until one suggested I start a Twitter account for the character. And so I did."

The question remains, could this account be driven by the team itself, a brilliant PR move? Said the Colts, "We made a commitment to let the Captain be the Captain," tentatively ruling the team out as a suspect.

The bottom line:

Who knows who the mastermind might be... One thing that is for certain—the savvy to create the photos and the writing being consistent in style and form is worthy of attention from any PR professional.
