How does entry represent “Excellence in Engagement”?

This work was a very honest and bold piece from New Balance and Kawhi Leonard raising the bar for not only New Balance as an overall brand, but other sports brands and athletes to create work that they believe in and truly stand behind. While taking slight digs at current NBA culture, the message felt authentic to Kawhi and was refreshing to fans. In a sport that has created such iconic, bold and industry-changing work, it is often hard to move the needle in any one campaign, but the NB x Kawhi launch work truly did hit a nerve within the culture.
