The 2018 IBM Fan Experience showcased how IBM uses Watson to see, hear and understand emotion. In doing so, Watson is able to capture and deliver exciting moments and in-depth player/match insight with its fellow fans, changing the game experience. Ultimately fans learned how IBM is using this same technology to address the world’s most difficult problems – from identifying issues with cars and trains to helping doctors diagnose and treat cancer.
